Psalm 90:1-2
Lord, you have been our dwelling place throughout all generations. Before the mountains were born, before you gave birth to the earth and the world, from eternity to eternity, you are God.
Dear Heavenly Father,
Through you, we find our eternal resting place, with you in our permanent home. Lord, while we are here on earth, we are wanderers, nomads like Abraham, and we contend with the ways of this temporary world. But our last day here will bring the end to our roving, and we will finally be home with you. We enter our final dwelling through your Son; He is the way, the truth, and the light; no one comes to you without going through him. He is our Good Shepherd who leads us home by His suffering and death. Because of the faith, your Spirit has instilled in us through your word, we know You are the one true God who was here from before the earth was created. You are from eternity and will continue to be our God long after the earth is gone. Once we are in heaven, our permanent home, no longer will we desire this temporary home. Thank you for sending your Son and Holy Spirit, so one day soon, we will be home. Amen.

A good hotel can be a nice place to stay when you travel, but it is only temporary; it is good to get back to your house. So it will be once we get to heaven, we will realize the places we stayed were only earthly hotels. Heaven is our Home.
