Revelation 1:7-8

Look, he is coming with clouds, and every eye will see him, including those who pierced him. And all the nations of the earth will mourn because of him. Yes. Amen. “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, the one who is, and who was, and who is coming, the Almighty.

Dear Lord Jesus,

You will come once again; you are the truth and the life. While many in the world want to deny you and your resurrection, still, you give believers the strength to hold on to you until you return. When you return, no one will be able to mistake your coming; everyone will know you. It will be too late for unbelievers; they will face the terror for their sins’ punishment. Because they rejected you, they will be held accountable for all the things they have done in their lives and are judged because of their actions. Jesus, I cannot imagine how judgment day will be for you, you gave up your life for everyone, yet some refuse to believe. During your ministry, you wept over Jerusalem for the destruction that was coming for them. Lord, you have never changed; you have always loved people from the beginning, promising to save us, then you went to the cross for all of us. Forgiveness is only received through faith in what you have done for us. It starts by realizing our sins. Jesus, I know my sins pierced you, and it was your death that paid the price for all my sins; this is not only for me but all people delivered by faith. On the last day when you come again, our bodies will be restored to live with you. So, we look with great anticipation to your next coming. Amen.
