Romans 8:38-39
For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor rulers, neither things present nor things to come, nor powerful forces, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Dear Lord Jesus,
You demonstrated your love for us sinful people when you willingly gave up your life for us on the cross; in your resurrection, you revealed your power over death by being raised to life, and throughout your life, you were tempted in the same way we are—just as the writer of the book of Hebrews testified. You defeated Satan in the wilderness and rendered him his final defeat when you went to the cross, crushing his head; Satan is now powerless over us. Your ascension demonstrates your power over the heights of heaven, and we remember how you formed both the heavens and the earth in creation. Peter recorded that after your victory on the cross, you made your triumphant victory march through hell.
There is no place we can go in all creation where you are not with us, nor is there some extreme that would separate us from your love. Lord, we pray for your forgiveness that through it, our faith will be strengthened, and we will never abandon you. Should we ever consider rejecting you, please do whatever it takes never to let that happen. Also, give us an active faith, giving us the confidence to share the good news of your infinite love, peace, and mercy with those who do not know you; so that they will know nothing can separate them from your love. Amen.

Christ overcame everything in creation to grant you forgiveness; it is yours through faith in Him. So that through His forgiveness, you have eternal peace, salvation, and eternal life.
