No test or trial is unique to us; others have faced similar challenges. Yet, God is unfailingly faithful. He will never allow us to be tested beyond what we can handle. With every test, God provides a way through, ensuring we have the strength to endure.

Applying God’s Word Today

God knows each of us deeply and personally. Life’s challenges—whether at work or at home—can feel overwhelming, especially when the future is uncertain. Paul’s reassurance in Scripture is clear: we will not face trials that exceed our ability to overcome them. God only permits what He knows we can bear, shaping every situation for our ultimate good. Even when we feel stretched to our limits, God matches the intensity of our tests to our capacity, guiding us through.

The Greatest Test and Our Assurance

Our biggest challenge is sin’s fight, which God fully resolved by sending His Son for our salvation. Jesus died so you could have life, and by trusting in Him, you receive the gift of heaven. Because of His love, grace, and mercy, we are empowered to face every obstacle, confident that God will always provide the strength we need.

Prayer

Dear Lord, thank you for knowing each of us so well and for strengthening us through every trial. Thank you for your unchanging faithfulness. Forgive us when we fall short, and help us to share your faithfulness with others so they, too, may experience your steadfast love. Amen.
