Colossians 1:11-14
You are being strengthened with all power because of his glorious might working in you. Then you will have complete endurance and patience, joyfully giving thanks to the Father, who qualified us to share in the inheritance of the saints in the kingdom of light. The Father rescued us from the domain of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
Dear Heavenly Father,
We pray for the endurance and patience needed for today’s path. Each day, we face new challenges and struggles. Gazing at the mountains in our lives, we wonder how we will ever overcome them. At times, these struggles make us feel alone and troubled in this world; however, the truth is that we are never truly alone. You are always with us.
Thank you for instilling faith in us and providing the endurance and stamina necessary to get through each day. Paul explains why we do this daily: it allows us to share in the inheritance you have prepared for us. We cannot achieve this gift alone, but you have qualified us through Christ, your Son.
You sent your Son to rescue us from all our sins; Jesus pulled us from the domain of darkness. On that first Good Friday, he willingly endured our punishment in the courts of the Jews and Romans and then suffered on the cross for our sins. Jesus gave his life on the cross to conquer death for us, and in his resurrection, he transferred all who believe in him into the kingdom of light. Jesus redeems everyone who believes in him.
Through faith, we are delivered into the kingdom of Your Son. He credits us with His righteousness and declares us not guilty; for Jesus’ sake, sin no longer separates us from You. Thank You for providing the endurance we need today; please grant us the courage to share our inheritance with those who do not know or trust in You, so that by faith, You will transfer them into the kingdom of Your Son. Amen.

Redemption and forgiveness for all your sins have already been paid for in Christ; there is no need to worry or carry the guilt of your sins. Jesus has forgiven them; salvation and eternal life are yours. You are never alone; God loves and wants you to be with Him forever.
